No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and sanitation. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned to ensure that it remains uncontaminated and safe for all customers.

Sample Sizes

We offer 1 oz options across our range of fragrance oils. These smaller sizes are intended to be used as testers so that you can evaluate the fragrance in your specific application before purchasing larger quantities. We highly recommend utilizing these options to determine if a fragrance meets your needs and expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or if there is an error with your order, contact us at hello@fragrance2u.com within 5 business days of receiving your package. Please send photos of the damage to help us understand the issue and will do everything in our power to rectify the situation promptly.
